This waiver applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, claims of negligence.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neurotech Experts, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any violation of these terms.

6. No Warranty Neurotech Experts does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Neurotech Experts does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
